    Access to the App is provided only to property owners who have purchased units from Qasr El Nile.
    User accounts are created internally by Qasr El Nile, and the username and password are securely sent to the customer once the purchase has been completed.

    The App does not request or collect personal information directly from users.


    2. What Information Is Processed

    The App displays information already stored in the company’s internal database, such as:

    • Owner’s name and contact information
    • Unit/project details
    • Payment schedule and installment history
    • Notifications related to the purchased unit

    The App does not collect any personal information beyond what is already registered in the company’s CRM system.


    3. How Information Is Used

    Information displayed in the App is used solely for:

    • Allowing property owners to view their unit details
    • Tracking payment schedules and installments
    • Keeping owners updated with project progress
    • Customer support and service requests

    The App does not use data for advertising, analytics, or tracking users across apps or websites.


    4. Data Sharing

    User information is not shared with third parties, except when:

    • Required by law or government authority
    • Explicitly authorized by the property owner

    We do not sell, rent, or trade user information.


    5. Data Security

    We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss of user data.

    Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
